Shipping and Returns
1. How long will you take to deliver?
We take between 4 – 5 working days to deliver PAN India.
2. How soon is my order shipped?
We ship all our orders within 48 hours. If you are looking for an urgent shipment, you can reach us on +91 8045217763 or email us on mycare@kidulan.com.
3. Where do you deliver?
We deliver pan-India. Currently our services are only available in India.
4. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept UPI, NEFT, IMPS, Cash deposit, Card (debit or credit), e-wallets and COD.
5. Is cash on delivery (COD) available on products?
COD is available. The maximum limit for COD will be 2000. For orders above 2000, payments at the time of delivery can be accepted by card or UPI.
6. Do you charge for delivery?
Orders above Rs.150 have free shipping. For orders below Rs.150, we charge Rs 50 as delivery charges.
7. Do I get informed once my order is shipped?
A text message with the tracking details is sent on the registered mobile number/email id.

Yes, you can, and it's hassle-free. We take returns within 7 days of the product being successfully delivered. However for detailed terms and conditions, visit our Refund Policy page.
Absolutely not, we'll pick up the products from the delivery address within 2-3 days.

12. What are the instructions for return?
1. Please return your product(s) in it’s original packaging with all the parts, freebies, and the orginal receipt.
2. Ensure the product(s) are properly packed while returning.
3. For courier pickup service available pin codes, the return pickup time is within 2 to 4 business days (excluding sundays and other holidays)
